Do you mean “cave” type Pokémon? Cause that’s not a thing… you might mean ground or rock or even dark types
If you mean Pokémon that live in caves… I somewhat agree but only cause they can pop up out of nowhere
But a few repels do the trick.
But once you can fly or use the taxi that problem isn’t relevant.
