Uh, how about looking up KIWIX (it's a Wikimedia-based foundation and website that allows you to download Kiwix, an Android app that'll in turn allow you to download offline copies of Wikipedia, Wikivoyage, Wiktionary, Wikiversity, Wikiquote, WikiMed Medical Encyclopedia, Wikihow, and WikiNews [as well as a lot of other things] - yes, the files to download may look prohibitively large at first, but if you have the adequate storage on your smartphone and/or computer, you can have all relevant Human knowledge on your device offline in the palm of your hand and then some!)? :>
