REASONS WHY BARACK OBAMA IS MORE DOMINANT

--First black President; visage will be prominently displayed in elementary school hallways across America until the end of time
--Won his '08 Presidential race by a popular vote margin of 10 million, won both the '08 and '12 races by larger Electoral College margins than Biden
--Won two terms, which Biden's hasn't (yet), and may never
--Easily the best Presidential orator in a generation, up there with Reagan and JFK
--Intangible iconic & cool factor

I would say Obama's legacy would win in a cage fight. You have mentioned some good points there like making two terms. He even had Biden as his VP when Biden actually had more of a brain (no signs of dementia, yet)

Sounds good, doesn't work. | image tagged in sounds good doesn't work | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Pedo Joe’s already cemented his legacy as one of the worst Presidents this nation has ever faced. Obama had some problems, but he’s generally looked at favorably, especially considering the mess Dubya handed him. The W goes to Obama.

Charismatic but not a great legacy

Obama would drone Biden a legacy while Biden sniffed Obama and showered with it. He’d give it the MJ special

By sheer radiances, Obamas legacy would start more wars and kill abunch of civilians again. Then imprison the next whistleblower that outed him

REASONS WHY JOE BIDEN IS MORE DOMINANT

--Oldest President ever. Normally thought of as a negative, but kind of cool
--Victory in '20 was more impressive than either of Barack Obama's victories, as it unseated an incumbent President, and (may have) spelled the end of the quasi-fascist MAGA movement (big question mark here, however)
--Likely to either win a second term if he runs again (health and personal ambitions permitting), or to bow out gracefully as a consequential and undefeated one-termer
--Avoided the catastrophic midterm "shellacking" that ended most of Obama's governing aspirations in '10
--Despite being constrained by threadbare majorities, Biden's legislative record, including a significant infrastructure bill and America's first major climate change bill in 30 years, appears on track to outshine Obama's
--Sober anti-charisma vs. Obama's celebrity-politician image
--Aviator sunglasses
