Would you consider the cloud gaming website pinned to homescreen an app

I personally like Mahjong

probably because it was the only game I could play on my Grandma's laptop for 3 years

Mostly what I mean is why don’t we have a mobile Halo or Forza game we could be playing? Microsoft just doesn’t want to make mobile games for some reason.

The only mobile game we have besides these 4 is Minecraft.
