If there isn't enough interest right now in the PRESIDENTS stream to fill a full Senate, then it makes sense to put it on ice, temporarily. I would like to see it be revived at some point, of course.

There is nothing to say that Senators cannot be congresspeople too, in fact it is much needed because of the user shortage. You're making things worse for this stream
