Up-voted. The irony is that with Dementia-Man's public speaking record . . . one would actually need to perform a search before concluding that this was just a piece of humor rather than something that he actually said.
If he were to actually say it, however, the fanatically leftist loyal mainstream media would pretend that he hadn't done so . . . or that he actually MEANT something entirely different instead. Sigh!
