Loretip: Paragus Church
This isn't really much of a loretip but rather john talk about stuff and their meanings. The paragus church is an organization dedicated to ascension of oneself into good, reaching upwards to glory.
I don't know if anyone's made the connection, but there's a reason gothic architecture tends to point up, and that's to bring them closer to god. What else goes up? upvotes. So I just decided to use gothic architecture as Verheil's signature architecture, and ended up in a deep rabbit hole and now I read lovecraft.
I'm not an idiot, I just think a bit slower than others. I enjoy clocks and time-related matters, geometric shapes such as gothic architecture satisfy me because they're easy to draw and mathematically enjoyable, and because my country's architecture kind of sucks.
The symbol of the paragus church is an incomplete circle with a dot inside and 2 vertical lines above and below. I made it resemble the upvote, and the lines represent the above and the below, from Heaven/Hell to Upvote/Downvote. If you noticed it kind of looks like a shut down button, that's because you should probably shut down your device and touch grass or something, enjoy life I guess.
