Sure, his real expertise is as an engineer. He's also had experience running companies in a cash poor unprofitable condition and getting them successfully to profitability. Cutting payroll is indeed the best first step. The right and center are expressing glee at seeing the brown shirts get their walking papers. All I want is balanced content moderation. Let that sink in ;-)
