Reagan was the best in the last 50-60 years, most likable but not best of all time. His biggest mistake of course was choosing George Bush as VP.

I used to Put him the top ten worst. Since the Bushes, Obama and Biden as well as reading more about the depression and dust bowl I now put him more towards the middle, lower middle to be sure but not the worst.
