People shouldn't be asking for mod if they've been removed.

This guy's mod was removed for abuse.
Yours for inactivity.
You would get it back as soon as you were online,
but an abuser wouldn't.
The reason I said I'll keep an eye, is because they weren't aware of the fact that what they did was abuse.

Generally, not half the people that lost mod got it back.
