Not really much to say about him without taking up the character limit
He’s a Ghost
And he’s basically based off of me
(I have a wig I can wear that makes me look more like him. I don’t have it for that purpose, but my moms boyfriend gave me there old kakashi cosplay outfit. (Not my choice, he just was like “oh you like Naruto! Have this!”) And I’m taller than him so nothing but the headband, mask and wig fits.
So I thought it’d be funny and restyle the wig to match Ghostie’s hair)
