The Mandolorian is very good.

Some of the middle episodes get slow, but you should watch through them.

I've seen some of it, it's pretty good. To be clear I'm not a star wars fan so from that perspective idk, but it was cool.

well if you have disney+ (or are a pirate, in which case yarr matey) and some time to waste I'd suggest it. It's pretty interesting but I wouldn't say it's anything revolutionary, so it's a good pass time

It's one of my favorite Star Wars series.
The father-son relationship between Mando and The Child (I know about their real names, but I don't want to risk spoiling anything) is pretty cute, and (imo) one of the best things about the show.

If you want to watch it, I'd say go for it.

I've watched and I really reccomend it. Damn it was good
