3. If you take a mate from outside the cult, you are to watch their execution, as you have broken rule 2.
4. Do not steal from the Grand Priest, or from me.
5. Respect all members of the cult.
6. Do not make dragonets join the cult.
7. Watching sacrifices and executions are not optional. You must attend.
