My friends and parents don't get it cause my dad gets drunk but he will give me space but my mom actually cares but she won't leave me alone, and my friend who wants space from me doesn't understand how much I depend on friends for sanity. So I feel you also both my grand pas are dead and an aunt's dead as well, but it's similar

damn bro,i feel you. imagine having to get a divorce because your parents took your only source of communication with your husband away and are now threatening to use some form of violence if you ever even THINK about asking to call him, that's what i'm going through.

Have you tried talking to your friends? When one of my friends start feeling depressed he immediately talked to us about it and we have helped him get better. Now we protect his mental health like military soldiers.
