If it is, pinging should only be aloud to give 1 notification unlike Discord that gives SOOOOOO many at once if it's numerous pings.
You shouldn't see pings from blocked users, and if the stream is private, the pinging should ALSO be private so the person your pinging in your private stream SHOULDN'T get the notification, otherwise the private stream WOULDN'T be private anymore because the link to it will spread like wildfire.
Also: Like Discord pinging, clicking on the pinged username should let you see their profile.
