I do remember him being banned, but not perm.

He was originally perm banned before narkuum for being underage and harassment. Then he was unbanned after narkuum and got mod, he abused it and then caused more issues after that. Then cinna called him out and he was then banned. There was no current info that I know about that until today when he commented on my image
