Finally figured out a spooky collector

This is a timeline where the battle between the collector and beldum... Didn't end well

It was looking grim, beldum had grown to celestial size and had killed inkmatas

Collector was beyond angry, he was attacking in a blind rage

And sadly, he didn't see beldum's fist flying at him full speed

It snapped the collector out of his blind rage, but it was still too late, his life extending spells were hanging by a thread and he had lost his connection to his totem universe meaning if he dies, that's the end

Collector attempted to use the crystals full power but it refused, because he was fighting out of vengeance he was no longer worthy of it's full power

While attempting this the collector was hit by another fist, collector knew that in the impact something important was damaged, he told his suit to do a system check but everything began to shut down.

"This is why I should've used a galvanic mechamorph."

Collector simply felt around himself to see what was missing

But instead of feeling something he SAW something

A glowing blue shard floating in front of his helmet, several actually

He immediately knew the multiverse, no, all of existence was doomed

He grabbed as many shards as he could

And used what little life force he had left to make a portal to the realm of creation, he knew it exists separately from the crystal. It only exists because the crystal shares a strong connection to it's user

Luckily, he escaped just in time

Beldum was about to shoot a massive Lazer at him

Collector quickly entered the storage area of his realm, you all know what the main area looks like at this point. But you've never seen the storage area

Imagine the backrooms but instead of infinite yellow wallpaper imagine infinite shelves. Everything gray except for the contents of the shelves

Collector searched and searched

Looking for any magical artifacts he could use to repair the crystal but no luck

The light of the shards began to fade, the collector had to hurry

Hours passed, and more shards began to fade, one after the other

The collector was out of time, the last crystal was about to fade, he couldn't let it end here

He poured all of the energy of hundreds of different gems all into this one shard, but it still began to fade

Eventually, completely gone. The now lifeless shards turned to dust

The realm of creation now began to collapse, collector took everything he could but had to leave

But what was outside was even more worrying

Darkness was consuming everything, nothing could escape

Mr void attempted to stop the darkness but he was consumed

He reappeared on the edge of it but kept getting consumed

He eventually saw the collector and quickly figured out what happened

The darkness began to spread faster and faster, white space wasn't safe, other multiverses weren't safe, the only thing unaffected was other timelines, for obvious reasons

Collector and Mr void were cornered

They even saw beings like redi, beldum, and the banisher running from it, however the banisher simply attempted to "banish the darkness"

You can easily guess how well that went.

Collector wanted nothing to do with beldum. However redi made a deal with beldum saying he couldn't harm him or his friends

The darkness creeped in closer and closer

It was almost as if it had slowed down just to taunt them

However the collector wouldn't let it end. He used the power of every gem he had saved to give himself more life force, this let him use his essence of creation more effectively

He focused all of his power into creating a protective bubble around himself and the rest of the group

Surprisingly this worked

Hours passed

Collector could not speak because all of his focus was on the bubble

Mr void felt guilty for all of this. He was outside existence when it started so even that was able to tip the scale off balance

If only he could truly not exist, none of this would've happened

Beldum also felt guilty, he should've realized the importance of the crystal

Redi was just bored. He couldn't think straight so he couldn't create anything with his staff to pass the time

And on top of that everyone in the bubble was pretty much immortal so they were stuck with each other

Beldum considered exiting the bubble, he was able to create universes with a snap of his fingers so why couldn't he recreate everything?

Redi was also considering this. If he could focus he could do the same thing

Collector couldn't stop them. And void could but wouldn't do it.

Redi and beldum both focused their power on expanding the bubble, but to no avail

Sadly, because of this, collector lost focus and both of them were consumed

It was just void and collector

Eventually collector managed to get to a point where the bubble was strong enough that he didn't need to manually hold it open, however he wishes he did that sooner

Collector attempted to bring the crystal back, but to bring back a relic of such power would take more than 3 sets of infinity stones and a dimensional diamond he forgot about

Void simply gave up. He attempted to give the collector his power of destruction but simply ended up killing himself in the process, and this time he didn't come back.

Collector began to go mad. Trying to come up with other ways to gain power, enough to bring everything back

However he didn't know the way to continue...

Was to give up...

This is not the first timeline this has happened in.

When there is no longer a force of creation or destruction existence resets

However nothing is ever the same

I assume that redi and beldum have the ability to create stuff because they were in contact with the crystal at some point

In redi's case his staff, or it's original user was

Redi’s staff was created by the Banisher, and the Banisher made the wielder be able to create anything they can imagine, but after sometime, the staff becomes useless sense the staff’s powers get absorbed into the user

*Eggyhead somehow enters the bubble*
I'm a creature of light so darkness doesn't really affect me.

And uh, I brought your infinity stones and Dimensional Diamond

*deep inhale*

The darkness consumes EVERYTHING so it doesn't matter if you're light or dark

And the only things that exist now are in the bubble

Oh ok *fades away*

If Scooby didn't defeat Mr. Void,
then what would've happened?

but scooby (not permanently) defeated him

Alternate timeline: Eggyhead saw the darkness, and knew exactly what was happening, he had secretly been reading books in the Collecters realm and read about this. He used all of his power and zipped around the multiverse picking up all of the required ingredients to fix the crystal of creation. Once he finally had the ingredients, he quickly flew to the bubble with Collecter, Redi, Beldum, and Mr. Void in it about to be fully covered in darkness but was able to dive in at the last second, scrambling the ingredients on the ground. However, when The Collecter noticed this he lost a little focus and Eggyhead was eaten by the darkness, but his sword fell and remained in the bubble. The Collecter fixed the crystal and saved the multiverse, but not without great loss. They say that to this very day, The Collecter wields Eggyheads sword in memory of him.

The crystal was already completely gone by that point though

All of the shards had turned to dust in the realm of creation

He used the multiple sets of infinity stones to repair the crystals dust

I mean, if Thanos can destroy the infinity stones with the stones, what says he can't repair the stones with other stones?

(Not saying it's a bad story, just pointing out a huge hole in the plot)

The crystal shards turned to dust

Which was destroyed

And can only be accessed by the Collector

However if he was instead CREATING a new crystal instead of repairing it it would make sense
