Stickverse lore:

This is the 3rd oldest universe, the creatures found here proves it's so old since in the oldest universes, the creator and banisher weren't exactly professional artists, so they filled the 3rd universe with stick figures, and simple shapes. The first stick figures were black, and as more stick figures were brought into the universe, they had unique names, there were stickmen, stickwomen, and many others. as the stickpeople produced more and more their DNA changed slightly overtime, making colored stickpeople. and that's the story so far

now the other guys:

1. Solid Head Disorder, these stickpeople were born with a head completely filled in, while other stickpeople's heads are hollow, these solid heads tend to be smarter than the other ones and make better choices.

2. Small Head Disorder, these stickpeople's heads were abnormally small when they were born and as a result, these stickpeople did not learn much, they're kind of like special ed stickpeople.

3. Hollow Man, this race is very rare because they aren't made out of sticks, and since they're made out of an outline basically, they have a special ability to shape-shift!

4. Rainbow Stickmen, these stickmen are so rare that some people believe they don't exist, and the only way they can be made is through a 6-way fusion with a red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple stickman. these stickmen are very powerful, almost godly

so basically you have to have a stickman gangbang to make a rainbow stickman?

the 2 ways to make a rainbow stickman is through the 6 way fusion, OR a disorder that originates when the grandparents are yellow and green, and the parent is blue, on the other side of the family there will have to be blue and red grandparents and the parent is purple, uniting (almost) all of the colors in the rainbow to one stickman

in this order a strange phenomenon will occur where the stickman is orange, although the parents would usually make a dark violet stickman. then within a week this will take effect and finally you will have the rainbow stickman

So they kinda manipulated their own DNA to be colored, seems like a lot of work just for that
