Start with a circle; Draw two smaller circles inside the first one; Add ovals inside the circles if you want; Connect the two circles with curved lines; Then color in the circles, and the space between with black (if you're on paper don't color in the ovals); If you're on a phone or something just make the eyes using white; (note that you'd have to erase some sections of the head if you're on paper); Now, the technique for the hair varies depending on what inkling you're drawing so i recommend having a reference image. For this tutorial just try to follow along; Since I'm on a phone I can just use a higher layer. That's why I put more lines on the top, but the forehead line is necessary for the design. anyway I recommend adding these little triangles along the bottom, except where the neck is of course; After that it's as simple as adding a body... ...And coloring it in!
