Not all of us witches are evil, some of us actually want to help other people, take me as an example, I helped the Collector himself survive an attack from the Devourer Of Gods itself, I also helped many people in the citadel get food and what do I get back, death threats because I'm a witch. So what I will propose is that magic can be used to help others and not just be for battle purposes.
