I was listening to Vs Metal Sonic while making this

Story:
One day while Eggyhead was studying the Collecter (to make charged Collecter) a mysterious figure (who will be named later) broke in while Eggyhead was taking a lunch break (ramen with eggs) and copied a bunch of work, and ran away before Eggyhead got back.

They used the information to create this guy, a near replica of the Collecter.

That gem in his chest is an incredibly powerful gem not too far off from the crystal of creation
