A rule of the internet that everyone should be familiar with is as follows:
Once on the internet, it never leaves

You posting that comment, while on the outside seems gone… is actually still out there.
No matter what you do there will always be a way to trace that comment, what the comments what, and what the image was, back to you.

This is your problem.
I suggest you try and fix it…
