Every year the NHC in Miami puts out its predictions for the upcoming season, i.e. how many storms, how many of those will become hurricanes, what category of storm, how many will make landfall, etc. And EVERY YEAR they get it wrong. If they can't predict the climate (which determines the weather) a few months beforehand, why on God's earth would anyone believe they can predict it over the next 100 years?
