I should also make note that we have an office where we can make copies, send/receive faxes, and do stuff with money orders. We haven't been able to do any money orders for a little over 2 months because the previous owner passed away and the current owner is still getting things all situated and whatnot

Okay y'all, Story Time! I officially had my first Karen encounter. She came in to my workplace bitching about not being able to get a money order from next door because they were closed for lunch, hoping to get a money order from us only to find out that we're unable to do so. That pissed her off. Later on, she came in bitching at me about how she's not going to do any business with us anymore because she couldn't get a money order and a bunch of other bullshit and walked out. I didn't really care because she was so rude and giving me a lot of attitude because of stuff I can't control. I wasn't really shaken by this but I will remember that moment. I personally don't want her in my workplace due to that.
