I like how in this speech (in the video)that he was bragging up Delaware's racial diversity. He proudly stated that Delaware was 20% minority. That means that it's 80% white. SMH. Sounds like a state that a racist that Joe can really love. The whole speech was the equivalent of "Some of my best friends are PRs".
