This could easily be abused and I think it’s best to just leave IP bans to the Global Mods when a serious violation occurs. For example, I could just IP ban the site mods from MSMG, then immediately IP ban the owners so they can’t take away mine before I remove the mods first and essentially just recreating the stream purge but now it’s almost irreversible. That’s why I think that should be left to the Global Mods and not stream mods. The Global Mods can’t step in to fix the stream unless they reset the IP bans, immediately allowing everyone back on. Also, it’s hard to program a ban that will only make your computer not go to one stream on imgflip, it’s much easier to just IP ban someone from the site completely.
