Yes and it's still one or the other. Bi-Gender and Non-Binary are they / thems, because they are either both at the same time or in the case of Non-Binary, they are neither.

Why is bigender a they them? You can identify as both a boy and a girl at the same time and therefore use both he/she pronouns (Kylo)
Because They / them addresses both male and female. I can't f**king believe I have to explain that to you. Picture there is a man and a woman together, you look at the other friend standing besides you and you say, They / Them, not He and She. At least if you have any sense.

I can get most of the LGBTQ stream to disagree. Listen, I get your point, but if someone wants to use multiple sets of pronoun, they can. We have he/they, she/they, he/she, and people who just use all pronouns. It’s what the person wants
Personally, some days I identify as a male, some days I identify as a female, they / them would be annoying to me and it's annoying that this informs people to do that.

Ok, that is your personal fluidness, people have different types of gender fluid, I know Rose sometimes uses they/them
