No. It's for 2d and 3d games and it has GDscript coding language that is based upon Python. Blender is for 3d ad 2d modeling/drawing only.
I use FreeCAD, however for my 3d modeling because Blender is blocked by my school administrators.
So no, it's not like Blender.
