I do remember there was one time where my brother was using a knife to cut up vegetables and at one point when he took his knife away from The Cutting Board he accidentally cut my arm a little bit lol
I mean he will legitimately say stuff like, " *insert my name here* that is unacceptable Behavior do you hear me? You can never do that to anybody, do you understand?"
like he's only two-and-a-half years older than me like stop acting like you're 31

People do mature mentally faster or slower than others, so maybe he's just mature for his age.
