question about the raid: are mods able to ban antis before they even get to the stream?

yes but we wont. It'd take a lot of time and research to predict all the people who'd actually participate, and has a good chance to result in wrongful bans.

see the thing is, i might know a few users who might participate

and once they participate they'll be banned. We don't want to make any mistakes, and it's just easier this way. We'll take care of it when it happens, no worries. This isn't really serious enough to go out of our way and already start banning people.

The easiest way to prevent this if you're really concerned is to just flag any anti stuff that you see. This gives mods a direct way to take care of the issue immediately once it starts.
