You don't understand that you can make bills in the middle of a contest. You can't censure a bill, that's a violation to Article 14 Section 4. I'm pretty sure I'm not banned, too. Only Incognito Guy (NOT BritishMormon our president) was banned from this stream, and is in fact banned from Imgflip all together and you should know this.

Article 14: The Rights of Citizens
Section 4: All users (besides those that are banned) are permitted to hold polls, and petition/bring a bill to congress and the senate. It is up to the HOC and HOS to see that it is voted on.

I'm not actually saying that bill was part of the contest.
The only entries I got were my own (I'm not awarding myself a prize, that's no fun), and Kamikaze's (slowbamma's) usual reposts. That's ok. But it doesn't give me anything to work with.
