I'm not saying that the president will control who will vote but it would certainly be a violation to Article 14 Section 1 if the president controls who can vote and who can't, its all common sense that anyone with an ID can vote, but otherwise good point...

Surly activity is not relevant, he was a DMV mod *prior* to being president. If anyone had complaints I'm sure they could be heard, but it is irrelevant to the bill in question.

Apply or perform the role? To apply, someone just has to comment to me that they’re interested in filling the role. To perform the role, it’s basically copy/pasting information onto an ID template from the applications that get sent in.

Current Outlook.

• Our DMV system has been inactive
• 4 users have requested for an ID, none of them have an existing ID.
• We have three Moderators which non of them are the current president.

What we offer and advantages.

• A fourth Moderator (which is the President) will be added.
• The ownership will remain the same.
• Smoother ID process with the fourth mod being changed every time the presidents change.
• Increased Vote Turnout.
• More IDs, more congresspeople and senators.
• ID will remain optional for voting.
• We won’t remove other the three moderators.

Disadvantages.

• Too frequent changes of the fourth moderator unless the president becomes re-elected.
• Too much pressure for the fourth moderator to issue IDs.

Vote Aye for Allow President to be Moderator of IMGFLIP_DMV stream.
Vote Nay to keep IMGFLIP_DMV moderators the same.
