Is this a cartoon? I ask because of the way the title is formatted, for it isn't one I'm familiar with and I don't recall my niece being a fan, but whether it is or is an original piece by the artist, it's really good. The linework is brilliant and the stylisation of the characters so distinct that these characters could very well lend themselves to either an animated series or a comic book. Man, I'd love to see either one, especially if this fine artist worked on it. Such nice touches with the bouncy hair, the expressiveness of the faces, and the rubber hose limbs, calling to mind a vague semblance of classic black-and-white cartoons from before even my time, however with enough modern flair that I'm sure this would be a huge hit today if its source material (if there is one) isn't already. Even the simplistic yet expertly colour blocked wall art pops out to me, as does everything. Bravo.
