Ugh I have to go to seminary each week and whenever they bring up homosexuality I try my best to subtly defend you guys. They shouldn't be doing this when there are a lot of LGBT+ teens, it just makes them feel depressed and isolated

Y'know, if they ever get on you about being genderfluid, send them over to me, I can explain why they are wrong and why they need to change, because they don't see the truths in this world.

I would just pretend to pay attention and say yes to whatever they say and just be done with it; besides, they ain't gonna change who you are.
If you have support from someone like your parents you could suggest a formal letter so the church is more inclusive..... Or bur it down if you want.
If being trans is a mental illness, then why aren't you supporting and validating the fact that we're not neurotypical and instead pushing us down for our brains and being ableist?

Hey I had a bad day; So there’s this church class I have to go to each Sunday to be confirmed or whatever. And so basically today I walked in and they were immediately talking abt how it’s “biologically impossible to change ur gender” and it’s a “mental disorder” to be transgender; Pronouns she/they; And the last time thy also were talking abt how abortion is evil and and being super pro life and forcing opinions in front of a bunch of freshmen
