Genshin Impact is quite possibly one of the worst games I’ve ever seen, it has all the toxic fandom and time-wasting of League of Legends but even worse and with anime.
Plus the producers are affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party, many high-ranking company executives in MiHoYo (the game developer) are apparently CCP members, and all mention of Taiwan and Hong Kong have been censored in the game.
I completely understand your revulsion to it. It’s completely normal for a sane human being.
