The perfectly happy animals, who get free food, healthcare, enrichment, educated people who understand every detail of them as individuals, a big place to swim but reasonably confined to be monitored for any slight signs of trouble, lots of safe hiding places, no predators, clean water, no stress, have no affects of human impact on nature, perfect temperatures, lots of other fish to school with, and are ambassadors to help their wild friends
