Hey, so I have no idea what kind of surgery you are getting, but I got surgery a couple of weeks ago, and I had zero complications!!! If you have a good doctor, you will be okay. If you are nervous about post operative pain, honestly, it depends on what kind of surgery you are getting, but for me, it didn't hurt so much I couldn't deal wiht it... on the first night, when your pain meds start wearing off, it might wake you up, and then its like "why the hell did I do this" because it hurts, but after that it doesnt hurt that much at all. And then you start having results and you can get back to living your normal life without the problem you had before!!! and thats wonderful
