He has plenty of inkstone samples so if it's as simple as forging inkstone into metal the collector could actually use the magic

Inkstone Mechanica (the metal name) was used to make armor that almost rivaled the most powerful alloys in durability and flexibility

So it can only be forged with that

Power Alloy is an alloy that was nearly as strong as Omega alloy

The Inkstone Mechanica armor is armor an old Inkstone blacksmith made. It could defend against Bloodstone, Inkstone, and other magic types

So now the collector has to find the right metal for that AND galactic gold

If the collector adds it to his armor it would likely only be a small amount because of it's effectiveness against omega alloy
