I am trans and I am allowed to have this opinion (anyone is really).
If you pass as a woman you should be allowed to go into the woman's room. If you pass as a man go into the men's room. But I think it's dangerous at a BAR to have a unisex bathroom, High people aren't thinking rationally which could cause them to commit rape. Rape can still happen in the men's room (anal) and there will always be a minority of people pretending to be trans women just to get into the women's bathroom but most trans people aren't like that. I just don't like the idea of a unisex bathroom full of drunk people.
