The flagger's the abuser.

If foxy memechats me and says they will quit spamming, the comment ban goes away. Same policy I have for everyone else.

I don't see how Foxy's the abuser. It would be clear if they were spamming someone else's comments section, or spamming posts on the stream, but they're commenting on their own image here.
After that,
we have a guy who's flagging several hundred comments being a pain for the moderators. That's
the uh the got damn uhh the bigger
problem.

Next time they do that I'll leave the flags for you to deal with since you got owner now.
But you have to understand, if people decide to see how far they can push stuff... well they probably will.
