Maybe, but given the location, if they had buses, wouldn't that company be in support of the Vinyard and do it for free as a member and supporter of the community? Was the bussing service and outsider brought in or actually from that location.
For example, there are places where the reason they stay as well off as they do, is because they keep all their money there. No outsiders, no economic infiltrators, no Wallmarts, Targets, or other riff raft outlets. If you are visiting the price stays high to only allow a certain type of guest in to visit. I can see this being just that type of location. Everything that operates on that location, stays within that location, and as such they provide an important service for nothing as the community will always provide for itself and its people. Cause they can afford to.
Maybe Martha's Vineyard is such a place?
