Lindsay Graham snarling in a hissy fit

Call me crazy, but I have to wonder if he’s trying to sabotage the Republicans chances in the midterms. There’s no way his bill would pass the Senate with Kamala as the tiebreaker. Even if he did manage to flip someone like Joe Manchin, it would never pass the House and even if it did pass the House, Biden would just veto it. The anti abortion side doesn’t need any more firing up, Biden calling them all threats to democracy and semi-fascists is more than enough to motivate people in the base to vote out every Democrat they can. Literally the only people this would rile up are the pro abortion people. Lindsey Graham putting this bill up is a godsend to Democrats who would have been voted out for sure and it is probably the dumbest thing he could have done to the point one has to wonder if it was intentional. Either that or he’s just really stupid.

At the same time, I know there are plenty of conservatives who don't feel like voting anymore, since they're so convinced the elections are all rigged for Democrats now, they don't feel there's even a point.
