he can pick up characters and move them with his mind
he can summon minions as much as he wants
he can fly (like all of his other phases)
he has 1 quadrillion health now

also he doesn't need his staff or laser eyes now, he can summon lightning/lasers wherever he wants by pointing there

among many other things he can do in his true god form.

I feel like this would be another phase that can only happen if the boss obtains the crystal of creation
