Someone else here made a similar meme to yours about poor wittle starving kids under Biden. After talking to them a bit they told me that someone in their family is on foodstamps.... and they actually get more food stamps for food than they can even eat, so they often end up letting their other family members also use it to buy food.
So according to them, as it is they've already been giving out more food stamps to poor people than the poor people actually need..... Meanwhile President Joe Biden has enacted the largest permanent increase in available food stamps in history on top of that. So poor people (military or not) should have plenty of food. If you're poor and waiting on a welfare check to buy food, you're doing it wrong. Apply for food stamps. Welfare checks should be for paying bills and such.
