For the multiverse to not just stop existing there would need to be no Mr void either.

Meaning that some outside force is controlling both creation AND destruction

Zanthor and beldum would run rampant with nobody to stop them

No crystal, no collector

And even if Mr void somehow exists in this hypothetical universe he wouldn't bother to help

He's the only other being able to truly match the collectors power
