I use þe letter thorn (Þþ) for þe th sound. It was used in english until þe printing press arrived and it was made in mainland europe where þey didn't have blocks for þe letter þ. Some people replaced it wiþ y because þe handwritten version looked like a y and oþer people replaced it wiþ a th. It is still used in icelandic

No, þe letter þorn is also on þe us inernational keyboard layout (þe one you're most likely using) (left alt+t) but wiþ some added features like alt gr which can make keys do different þings if you press left alt+þat key and dead keys which makes þe next character have an accent or turns into a symbol depending on what you press after
