New oc. I wanna get a good feel for her personality so I’m Roleplaying with her. Info in comments

So I made a new oc.
Her name is Nova, and she is the Eldritch goddess of Traumatophobia, and Athazagoraphobia (Fear of inevitable war, and fear of being forgotten) (all the Eldritch Gods in my universe represent two, to 3 fears.)
She’s a master blacksmith and will make you any weapon for the right favor. (Favors vary depending on current world condition and Value the buyer can offer. Currency of any kind will be turned down.)
She is an expert at war tactics.
Asexual (like most Eldritch Gods are) (tho… 😏 maybe you could slide into memechat if you play your cards right)
She’s also very tired if she isn’t active

Knowing all this, feel free to give me an idea for a prompt, I’ll modify if I see fit,
And then we can rp with Nova and your OC

Basic Prompt: For whatever reason of your choosing, Nova is passing through a small village when she passes a blacksmiths shop. Inside, a humanoid places a bag of broken weapons on the table with a bag of gold, then walks out soundlessly. The humanoid passes by Nova, eyeing her sword. She pauses, before following Nova and tapping her shoulder. "Your sword," the humanoid asks, "Where did you find it?" 𝘸𝘋𝘺𝘋?!?!?

Nova, noticing the humanoids ignorance of her godly hood, (which wasn’t surprising… not like she went around proclaiming it unlike some dieties) eyed the person. “I made it.” It was Eldritch Gold. One of the three Eldritch metals used for weapon making for gods. But she never told anyone that. Only an Eldritch god can wield such a weapon and actually kill someone. Everyone else couldn’t even place a scratch. To a human it’d be a mere toy or sparing blade. “I happen to be quite the blacksmith in my land.”

"Really?" [Rin looked at the blade with curious gaze, eyes studying the blade intently,] "It's some of the best work I've seen on a blade, oh, that's interesting material too..." [Rin sighed, looking back to the blacksmith shop.] "Unfortunately, I've had no luck in finding a weapon such as that. They all end up breaking." [Rin stared at her paw, then back at the shop.] "Thus are the troubles of me."

Nina:o u must be nova nice too meet u i´m nina

Nova tilted her head. “You know of me?” She was sitting at a table glancing at knives. She never buys anything but does like to look at human works.

Nina:yes i heard u make great weapons!

“I do yes. What weapons do you have in mind?”

Nina:a dagger for my brother

So I dunno who’s reading this… but please do.
If I didn’t reply to your rp prompt it’s cause I saw it unreasonable/uninteresting of it wouldn’t have been a good way for an RP with Nova to start.
I’m old school so if you just say “hello” to Nova or anything without providing much of any prompt, or even an OC, I’m not gonna respond. (This goes for all my rps.)

So, if you didn’t directly interact with my oc, or I just thought that the prompt wouldn’t have worked. That’s why.
I don’t mind you trying again…

(Also… don’t just try to fight her. It’s not gonna work… she’s a literal ELDRITCH GODDESS and if that doesn’t mean anything to you, she specializes in war tactics and battle… my Eldritch gods oc have so much power that it’s hard for me to describe it AND exaggerate. Cause there power is unreasonably strong. And in some instances infinite. So… you fighting one of them is unreasonable. As they will simply ohko your character cause they can, and they have little to no remorse for idiots who challenge them.
And I don’t even wanna try Roleplaying that cause it goes one of two ways
Route one: I ohko your oc and you get mad simply cause my oc is op and I power played because you have literally no way of countering.
Route two: I ohko you and you act like a cringe role player and says “*dodges*”
So no combat rps. As much as I like those, this one would be no fun)

Almos is walking around being intrested in a new weapon so he’s looking around for a blacksmith

(Could you provide a bit more to it… it’s a nice start but it doesn’t give Nova a good reason for interaction. Maybe if he’d approach her…)

Nova was busy working in a shop that she didn’t own. She often did this.
She quenched her current blade she was working on. It appeared to be a longer version of a gladius that was wide enough to be considered a claymore. When she set her weapon down she worked to hammer out any dents and bends and fix any warps. She didn’t even take a look at Almos and asked him “how could I help you?”

Almos: I was interested on trying out and getting a new weapon or weapon type!

“Do you have any special interest?” She asked. Still not looking away. The sword was almost done. Than she can apply the handle she already had premade

Almos: hmmmmmmm a short axe, short sword, or dagger would be great

“You’re going to be doing close ranges combat?”
She finished the sword and inspected it.
No warps. No cracks, no bends, and it felt perfectly balanced.
She pulled a sliver laced handle from a drawer, a cap, and a circular hand gaurd.
Not the best choices together… but the customer is always right

Almos: welllllll I like to use bows as well but I wanted to try some new stuff

“That’s all fine and dandy.” She said unironically. While she finished up attaching the handle and then the cap, she thought. “Which blade in specific are you most willing to buy?”

Almos: hmmmmm I have no idea! *smiles* Surprise me with something! That’s why I’m here

“Okay then” she arched a brow at him “how would a long xiphos sound?”

Almos: sure that would be perfect.

“Now… you understand I don’t take currency… I take favors. Right?”

Almos: huh… what kind of favors-

“Sometimes it’s temporary enslavement… other times I need to you gather things for me… and on an occasion I might want someone dead. You know… stuff of immortals and whatnot…” she waved her hand and talked as if it was about weather.

Almos; *thinking* [how did they say that so calmly] I can do all of that except I would rather not be a slave

“Slavery isn’t permanent. And it’s not like you won’t be rewarded for your efforts… ah… I forget… human connotations for enslavement are negative… a better word is Internship…”

Almos: well that would make it sound better….Wait! Are you like not human!

Since you didn’t make a prompt, ill make it myself. She sees him (yes, its a picrew. I know) all bloodily and injured. He’s close to passing out

(That’s kinda the reason I didn’t make a prompt. So others could.)
(Don’t worry! I have nothing against picrews! I’m a firm believer that while the image is important, it doesn’t matter who or what made it. Cause you’re the one that writes the character, not the drawing)

Nova kneeled besides him (I’m gonna make up something’s from assumptions) he sneered. “Another victim of War and bloodshed…” she could sense potential in him. And her instincts tell that he wasn’t done with his life. Yet… no one was around to save him…
But at the same time there must have been a reason she has found him.
She thought for a moment. As his eyes were struggling to stay open.
She closed them for him.
Gold dust seemed his eyes shut.
He wouldn’t remember meeting her…
But he would remember the blood and war…
When he was asleep she used Eldritch Magic she wasn’t allowed to use on normal mortals. But she felt he wouldn’t be normal.
His wounds were gone.

When he would wake up… he’d be sitting in a chair in her forge. Maybe he could be an apprentice. She has been in need of a worker for a few centuries

He looks around in confusion, thinking he was gone and not knowing where he was

“So you’re awake now…” she smiled at him while she screwed a handle in place on a Khopesh looking weapon. “Did you enjoy your nap?”

He looks at her in confusion “Where am I? Hell or Heaven? Am I dead? What happened?

Nova stopped what she was doing and calmly walked over to her. She cupped his face in a motherly way, and used some of her powers to calm him down a bit. “You’re in a place with no name… not one the mortal tongue can pronounce. But most people call it Eldritch Paradise… or Godly concentration camp… it’s all what you perceive it to be.” She smiled warmly at him. But not a radiant of sun warm… a wet blood kind of warm… unsettling… but when you don’t think all too much about it… it could be comforting…
Eldritch gods weren’t meant to be friendly after all.

“I see. Thank you.” He almost smiles but doesn’t. “But can you please explain what happened? Last thing I remember was passing out to blood loss.”

“You were. And then I saved you.” She took her hand off him. “And now I ask you offer me something instead. Service.”

“What kind of service? I do owe you my life, so tell me the task or tasks.”

“I just need a smith hand. Someone to assist in my forge.” She said plainly. “Are you familiar with the art of smithing?

“Not that I remember. But I learn fast, so it shouldn’t be hard after a visual demonstration.”

“Well then… training starts tomorrow. For now… I shall show you where you can and can’t go. Follow me um… what was your name?”

“I believe it is Arlo. And what is yours?”

“Nova. Eldritch Goddess of Traumatophobia, and Athazagoraphobia. Heavenly Smith, and Patron of war heroes. And speaking of which… what’s your story?”

“I…” He looks down “I wouldn’t like to converse about it…”

“That’s fine.” She opened a door that led to a dark wooden hallway. With torches in the wall every couple feet. “Come now.”

“Okay.” He walks into the hallway

They walk through the hall and stop at the first door. Inside is a room equally as dark. I guess Eldritch gods haven’t discovered electricity.
No windows or anything, but there was a desk with quills and paper, and on the other side of the room was a twin sized bed with animal products like fur and skin used as bedding.
“I apologize if the room ain’t to your liking. But this is where you’re going to stay. Feel free to ask me for any additions or changes and I’ll be sure to provide in due time.”

He takes a look around the room “No. it’s perfect.”
