Phase 2 can fly
Phase 2 shows horns regardless of magic
Phase 2 is rarely ever used, like nearly never
Phase 2 is normally when Cherry gets THAT PISSED in regular phase 1
Cherry can use Reaper Form in phase 2

Why it's rarely used:
Attracts simps to much
"they" are shown a lot more than phase 1 which has them mostly hidden
Can and WILL break people

Other things:
In phase 1, there is a single crack on the horns but in Phase 2 there are 2 more visble cracks on the horns
Eyes can glow if needed
