And even though Nobodies are the bodies of people who have lost their Hearts, some Nobodies can get their own hearts overtime somehow. So it turned out that the real Organization XIII was all the clones and copies of Xehanort, including his Heartless, his Nobody, the boy he possessed, his younger self from the past... Kingdom Hearts' lore isn't silly or confusing!
