hey, do you think that spacing for gifs would be a good idea, that way people won't bother adding a white/black/any colour bar on top of the gif and make it a template

It's a popular request, but I suspect it would be image processing resource intensive. The image generation and hosting functions that require extra horsepower (like longer and bigger gifs) usually are included in or added to Imgflip Pro.

i think i'll be good as owner as i have shown responsibility with mod and i've never abused it. i promise to be responsible with this role as well and also not abuse it. this is my newer account and i've been on imgflip since February in 2021. i had mod in that account and i had never abused it. thank you for listening to my statemenets.
